DATA COLLECTED

When you use GoMnemo, we collect only the minimum data necessary:

• Email address - Required for account creation and authentication (managed by Supabase)
• User ID - Automatically generated to link your notes to your account
• Notes content - The title and content of notes you create (stored encrypted in Supabase)
• API tokens - Tokens you generate to allow AI assistants to access your notes

We DO NOT collect, read, or analyze the content of your notes. Your notes are private and belong to you alone. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose beyond providing the service.

DATA STORAGE & LOCATION

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides:

• Database servers located in the United States
• Encrypted data storage and transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Row-level security ensuring only you can access your notes
• Regular backups and disaster recovery

The website itself is hosted by OVH in France (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix).

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Your personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• Account management - Create and authenticate your account
• Service provision - Store and retrieve your notes
• API access - Enable authorized AI assistants to access your notes via API tokens
• Security - Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Communication - Respond to your support requests

COOKIES

GoMnemo does not use cookies.

The website uses only essential authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your login session. These tokens are:

• Necessary for the service to function
• Not used for tracking or analytics
• Automatically deleted when you log out

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

DATA RETENTION

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active:

• Account data - Kept while your account exists
• Notes - Kept until you delete them or delete your account
• API tokens - Kept until you revoke them or delete your account

If you delete your account, all your data (notes, API tokens, account information) will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This deletion is irreversible.

YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right to access - Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification - Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data

• Right to data portability - Export your notes in a machine-readable format
• Right to object - Object to processing of your personal data
• Right to restriction - Request limitation of processing in certain circumstances

DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

• Encryption - All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
• Authentication - Secure authentication system managed by Supabase
• Access control - Row-level security ensures only you can access your notes
• API tokens - Securely hashed and can be revoked at any time
• Infrastructure - Hosted on secure, professionally managed servers

DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Your data is only shared with:

• Supabase - Our infrastructure provider, for database and authentication services
• AI assistants you authorize - Only when you provide them with a valid API token

No other third parties have access to your data.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States (Supabase). By using GoMnemo, you consent to this transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Supabase complies with industry-standard security measures and data protection regulations to ensure your data remains secure.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date of the last update will be indicated at the bottom of this page.
